Tomorrow, I am revealing a fun ornament craft party! Sneak peeks have shown up on my Instagram, and I cannot wait for the reveal. We made two kinds of ornaments (but really we could have made anything!) The ornaments were part of a fun blogger ornament exchange called #swapthatdiy! I sent one brushstroke ornament onto Cut Cut Craft & received one from One Little Minute Blog and it is so amazing it made me tear up!
Now, onto my simple brushstroke and polka dot ornaments! I wanted simple DIY ideas for the party, so that we could focus on important things like talking, drinking champagne and eating cookies (actually it was peppermint bark, more on that tomorrow 😉
Materials:
Plain Ornaments
Paint
Square Paint Brush
Directions:
Brushstroke:
Brush paint in quick motions on ornament. Repeat.
Polka dots:
Dip the end of the paintbrush in the paint and lightly poke paint on the ornaments.
