Another Summer has arrived and with it another NO sugar added popsicle from me- Summer fruit is oozing with sweetness- I like to leave the fruit as is and let it shine without adding sugar.

Also- coconut water- these pops are great for rehydrating after a workout (or nursing ;) it replaces all those electrolytes without the dyes and fake sugars in sports drinks.
